Review My Requests

Without Login Credentials
  • If you don't have or want to login to the system, you may 
    • Contact the Management Company during normal business hours, identify yourself the Request you want to review 
    • Verify they have your current email address
  • Ask them to Send you a LINK. Within a short period of time (electronic cyber-space travel) you should recieve 
  • Or alternatively, you may call the Management Company during normal business hours and ask them to locate your request in the system and read you the status.
Login to the CCIS
  • You must have a valid User ID and Password to review all of  your open and closed Requests. 
    • To get your own login information, contact the Management Company during normal business hours to get your personalized User ID and Password.
  • Click here or visit our website www.HarbourTowneCondos.com, and then follow the link (left side of screen) to CCIS (Onwers & Vendors)
    • Login with the appropriate User ID and Password.
Review List of  Requests
  • The system will open to the page containing your Current Requests.
  • Any Requests you have entered (or were entered on your behalf) will be listed with their relevant status: Open or Resolved.
    • The Requests can be sorted by Date or Request Number by clicking on the relevant column heading.
Review Specific RequestSelect the Request of interest and then click on any item in the row of information that reveals a link when you point to it. Only a single click is necessary.
  • The top portion of the Request provides the Subject, Description and Contact Information relevant to the unit and its owner.
  • The next portion provides the Status of the Request (open or closed) and identifies the person (either the Management Company or a Board Member) that is assigned to Manage your Request.
